Every Razbel piece is prepared and dispatched from our atelier in the United Arab Emirates. The moment your order is dispatched, you'll receive your tracking link by email — from our door to yours, fully tracked.

Delivery times are counted in working days from dispatch. During launches and sale periods, dispatch may take slightly longer — we'll always keep you informed.
Duties & taxes. Orders within the GCC incur no additional charges. International orders may be subject to local duties and taxes, determined by your country's customs authority, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
We want you to keep only what you love. If a piece isn't right, you have 7 days from delivery to return it — unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in its original packaging.
A few pieces can't come back to us: customised and personalised pieces are made for you and are final sale, and swimwear may be returned only with the hygiene liner intact. Gift cards are non-refundable.
How to begin a return
Write to maison@razbel.com with your order number and the piece you wish to return. Our team will confirm your return and guide you through the next steps within one working day.
Refunds
Once your return is received, inspected and approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement. Orders paid through Tabby are refunded via Tabby.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Tell us in your return request — subject to availability, we'll reserve the new size and dispatch it as soon as your return is on its way back.
Received something faulty?
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right — replacement or full refund, including any delivery charges.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before dispatch. Once dispatched, the return process above applies.
